Classic Ice Cream VanLeyland Sherpa Conversion

Found this Van on ebay and travelled all the way to Bolton to look at it.... only really bought it because the original chimes were still working and played the theme tune to The Third Man.
We couldn't drive it back because it wasn't fully functional so we had it delivered to the coffee warehouse in London.
Our plan is to create a pop-up Vietnamese Cafe the same as we have created with http://www.caphevn.co.uk/saigon-street-cafe.html

Where will the Vietnamese coffee shop pop up? Just in London?
Looking forward to seeing the van after the new paint job, lettering etc., The "Harry Lime theme" chimes are an inspiration!
